Raw and industrial space located in the basement, offering a strong and cinematic visual atmosphere. The place is distinguished by its exposed stone and brick walls, concrete structures, and its large glass roof providing diffuse natural light ideal for photography and video. This space is particularly suitable for photo shoots, music video shoots, commercials, short films, creative content, and visual productions seeking an authentic, urban, and atypical setting. The main volume allows multiple shooting configurations: wide shots, marked architectural angles, graphic compositions, and contrasted atmospheres. The glass roof offers powerful natural lighting during the day, complemented by the possibility of installing artificial lighting devices. The location consists of a large main space under a glass roof, used as the main shooting and filming set, as well as three annex rooms used as technical spaces (dressing rooms, equipment storage, preparation). The location is offered as a raw set, without specific fittings, allowing great freedom of staging and artistic interpretation. Access is via stairs; the space is not accessible for persons with reduced mobility. Important note: the location is currently undergoing treatment for humidity issues related to infiltrations from the common parts of the building. These interventions are monitored by the property management. The main space is fully usable for shoots and filming. The annex rooms are not intended for prolonged occupancy. The location does not have on-site restrooms. Cafes and shops with restrooms are available less than a minute's walk away. The location is in a co-ownership. Any noisy, musical, or event activity is strictly prohibited. Maximum capacity: 19 people present simultaneously, including teams. Hours & respect for the co-ownership: The location is offered during standard hours from 8 am to 6 pm, in strict compliance with the co-ownership and neighbors.
