Artists' Loft in the Marais

This loft, set up in a former workshop in the Marais, is bathed in light thanks to its dual exposure. Its brightness, volumes, calm, and decoration inspired by our many travels create a unique atmosphere that guarantees you a singular and memorable event. Our loft welcomes you for your: - meetings to brainstorm, team build, and brainstorm, - showroom during fashion weeks, or to launch a new product - press conference for a small group - cocktail for a small group - photo shoot - advertising, cinematographic, documentary filming (we adjust our rates according to the projects!). The 5th floor space is an open space which includes: - an area with a work table that can accommodate 12 people (only one table appears in the photos; a 2nd table of the same size is added if you want to seat more than 6 people), - a large living room with 3 sofas (10 seats) and a central coffee table, - a projector and a screen are available (service to be added when ordering), - a flip chart is available (service to be added when ordering), - a library corner with a work table, - a fully equipped kitchen, and toilets, - a flowered balcony (ashtrays are available; smoking is prohibited inside). - for meetings, access to the 6th floor terrace must be discussed in advance. The 6th floor space is reserved for filming and events: the wooden and steel staircase leads to a large very bright room with a view of Paris on one side, terrace on the other. On this floor, you will find an office space, a small lounge area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom tiled in white, and a large very flowered terrace with, among others, olive trees, lemon trees, datura, laurels, and a large wooden table, armchairs, and bench. The loft is equipped with multimedia: high-performance fiber optic, projector and screen, Sonos equipment for music. Note: - the FILMING rate is adjusted according to the filming project and the number of people present during filming. - the FILMING rate is adjusted according to the number of filming days. - the EVENT rate is adjusted in case of use for a showroom over several days (during fashion weeks for example). For the event part, we only rent the space for use as a showroom or product launch for a small group.
