An exceptional place at the gates of Nantes At the gates of Nantes, the estate welcomes you to a preserved 7-hectare property on the banks of the Loire. Seminars, business meetings, training sessions, or gala dinners: its enfilade lounges and gardens offer a unique setting, blending historic charm with modern comfort. Ideal for indoor and outdoor filming and photo shoots. A heritage rich in history Surrounded by moats bearing witness to its medieval origin and featuring a dovecote classified as a Historic Monument, the castle stands in the middle of a park with century-old trees. Its history dates back to the 10th century, with the construction of a feudal mound. Over the centuries, the residence has been shaped by its various owners, including the sister of a famous French philosopher, and even hosted a King of France. Modular spaces The reception area consists of three enfilade lounges, each with direct access to the park. Together, they can accommodate up to 100 people in cocktail format, or 50 people seated in the same room. Tailor-made events The venue mainly hosts seminars, business meetings, long-term training sessions, as well as galas and year-end dinners. From simple "turnkey" rental to fully customized service, each event is designed according to the needs and wishes of the organizers.
