This beautiful downtown loft has become my go-to studio for client work and private group sessions (breathwork, yoga, meditation). The studio is well lit with plenty of space to accommodate small groups and production staff. The host is super responsive to any hiccups that arise if any. I will be booking this space almost exclusively for upcoming sessions. I love that if I decide to, I can use this space for photoshoots as well, so that's definitely a plus. I love that it's multi-use! The loft does get a little toasty in the summer, so if you need more air ventilation, I'd recommend bringing an extra fan to accompany the AC. It's a big space so having another source could be helpful.

Hosting a retreat in New York opens many opportunities for self-discovery, networking, and relaxation amidst the city's fast-paced environment. Accessible locations allow individuals to arrive stress-free and ready to participate. Consider mobility needs when serving customers.

  • Incorporate Local Elements: Local culture and attractions can make a vacation memorable. Arrange New York-specific events or speakers. Incorporating city life into the retreat, whether it's a yoga session in Central Park, a financial sector motivational speaker, or a food taster of local cuisines, makes it memorable.

  • Provide All Essential Details Upfront: Communicating event details to potential attendees requires clarity. Provide advance notice of the retreat itinerary, amenities, and what to bring. Knowing what to expect helps guests prepare, reduces on-the-spot queries, and ensures a seamless getaway.
