This is a fantastic location and it's hard to believe it exists right here in the LA area. Lots of great looks to be had, just be careful as it's old and (as you'll learn on your scout) fragile in places. The owner is also very pleasant to work with, definitely take some time to get to know him if he's up for it.
That said, please keep in mind that this is also a very expensive location. It runs through a traditional location service which will increase costs exponentially vs other locations where you work with the owner directly. This set up works well enough, just be prepared for that reality budget-wise.

An awesome spot that can look like any place from most time periods in the last few hundred years. A fascinating find in the middle of a metropolis on the coast that can transport you to any time period you need. I shot a Western-themed music video there, and all the footage is absurdly good. The host is the easiest to work with I've found while checking out locations, and I hope to come back again soon!
