In late 2016 we launched the first ever online marketplace specifically designed to connect homeowners with professional production companies. Since then we've grown into one of the industry's most successful film-tech startups.
Amidst this growth, we’ve also worked hard to establish our industry credentials and build close personal relationships with property owners and production companies on the higher end of the location rental market. Giggster Concierge represents the natural progression of our agency-level support services, combining the technology and innovation of our popular online platform with the personalized white glove service demanded by top-tier productions.

Fashion retailer Michael Kors has shot with Giggster on multiple occasions, using our properties for a number of large seasonal collections. In May 2018, one of the producers on their team had reached a roadblock when the owner of their top location choice decided to triple the day rate. Our Concierge team intervened, leveraging our knowledge of the owners past accepted bookings, to negotiate a total shoot budget of almost $11,000 less than the owners previous minimum offer.

In addition to a streamlined website, and larger audience of high-profile renters, we have a dedicated team of back-end engineers, data-scientists, and professional writers working to surface useful data to help you find better, less trafficked, and more affordable location options. One of our largest ongoing projects, has been working alongside LA’s largest permitting service, FilmLA, to analyze over a decade of production data.
A Team of Professionals
The Giggster Concierge team is based out of our company headquarters in Santa Monica and includes 8 full-time agents, 4 trained site representatives and 3 staff photographers. Clients that choose to have their property needs fulfilled by our team will be assigned a full time agent to manage their inquiries, and coordinate bookings. We understand that location hunting can be a stressful and challenging process at times, and for this reason, we provide 24/7 access to our team.
