Brit and Chase’s wedding took place at Place Park in Salt Lake City, Utah. The property has both indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing the couple to have the best of both worlds by hosting the ceremony and reception in different locations. A peaceful outdoor ceremony that requires minimal decoration opens up time and extra funds for a beautiful all-reception in a grand hall. Guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery and then eat and mingle without being bothered by weather or wildlife.

Consider using an arch or trellis to define the space where you’ll say “I do,” and decorate it with coordinating flowers, or, to save some funds, with greenery. To add a bit of glamour, weave in a length of sheer, soft gold fabric such as organza to give some movement and shimmer.
If space allows, set up a celebration tent away from the ceremony location, add coordinating flowers to the poles and string party lights inside to create a festive atmosphere.

Her gold shoes are splashy, but given the glitz of the event, they’re not over the top.
Because her gown and shoes are a centerpiece all their own, the rest of Brit’s accessories are simple and down to earth. Her woven hair wreath gives Brit an Earth goddess aura. Jewelry is extremely minimal with a couple of simple gold rings on her right hand.

Nothing says Old Hollywood glamour like a man in a perfectly-fitted suit, and that’s just what Chase delivers with his medium gray plaid suit. While a formal black tuxedo or suit can look harsh for an afternoon wedding, the soft gray fits perfectly with the season and time of day – and if it gets too warm, he’ll look just as good without his jacket.
Like Brit, the rest of Chase’s accessories are minimal – a coordinating tie and polished brown shoes are all that’s needed to tie the look together. If the groom wants to add a bit of bling himself, consider brushed metallic cuff links or a chic black belt with a shiny buckle.

The gown made by Bree Lena had each and every sequin stitched on there! She is so amazingly talented! We also went with a smoky eye to tie in a deep, romantic, and glamorous look.
We loved the heart sparklers, which would be perfect for any wedding exit!! And the berries in the drink, add a nice touch. This is the Place Park is the perfect venue that allows indoor and outdoor scenery. We decided to mix it up for out shoot as well and set the tables up on the back porch and took a few couples shots inside the building.”
