Ibero-American is a region in the Americas where Spanish or Portuguese are the predominant languages and the cuisine brings a zesty texture and tangy twist to classic dishes. You’ll find things like wagyu empanadas, spicy chicken tacos and “chorizo y papas” potato gnocchi.
