— Noise Limits: 90dB before 11 pm / 80dB after 11 pm on weekends, 90dB before 10 pm / 80dB after 10 pm on weekdays. See decibel meter on site for real-time monitoring. After multiple warnings are sent, we reserve the right to fine you or evict you from the space.
Booking:
— Hourly: Includes setup time (you'll only be granted access during rental hours).
— $500 Security Deposit: Refundable with no damage or noise issues.
— Higher Rates: Weekend nights are a minimum of $400/night and as high as $1000/night during the summer.
— Catering: BYO (no cooking fish).
— BYOB, but no alcohol sales allowed.
— Clean-Up: Included, just tidy up!

Please respect your neighbors, control your noise levels, and keep the party inside of the rental unit.
We require email and phone confirmation for all renters
On weekends we limit the noise to 85 decibels before 11 pm and 75 decibels after 11 pm. 10 pm during the week.
$250 fine for 10 minutes over decibel limits, $500 fine for 20 minutes over decibel limits, eviction after that.
Guests to use the dumpsters in the alley for any trash, NOT the garbage cans by the back door. Violation fee is $75/can
Use limited to booked purpose. If actual usage type incurs a higher rate, additional fees = rate difference x hours x 3
