A very nice and spacious loft with a great versatile host! The host not only provided a great space but also offered to be our photographer for our small wedding ceremony. It was a lovely gesture that made our day even more special. It's wonderful when hosts go above and beyond to make special occasions even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Great place, seamless experience ! Natalya was very accommodating, flexible and responsive. She let us scout the place a few days prior to help us organize the last details for our wake ceremony. We were able to adjust our check-in and check-out time, and even let us use the little bedroom and bathroom downstairs (which helped a lot! thank you). Always responsive and available, she answered on the spot to our questions. We really recommend, and would love to rent again in the future. Sophie

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and our experience at the Wits End House! If you can believe it, it's even MORE stunning in person, and we had such an easy, positive experience with the lovely Kari. I wish I could give a thousand stars!!!!

If I could describe our wedding at the Flora Avocado Farm in one word, it would be “timeless!” When Casey(now husband) and I came to check out the property, we had planned on seeing 3 other places later that week. After meeting Kim & Kevin (property owners), and after our tour, we knew we didn’t have to look any further and booked it immediately on the spot. Two weeks later & we’re still on cloud 9. The views of the canyon is breathtaking and was perfect as our background for our wedding arch! The home is so private, that Kim & Kevin encouraged a Dj because we could be as loud as we want, and I’m so glad we took their advice. There was so much space for our dance floor, tables, and they even had a cozy fire pit outside with seats. The communication with Kim & Kevin leading up to our big day, was more than amazing, they treated us like family & have become friends of ours. If you are thinking about this place for your special event, I’m telling you this is your sign to look no further. You won’t regret it! Once I find out how to post pictures of our wedding in this review, I will, but I recommend reaching out & going in person, because pictures don’t do this place justice 😊

We have rented from Jason and Annie this beautiful place for our intimate wedding. Jason and Annie were absolutely amazing to us. They went above and beyond to help ensure our day is perfect. All our guests loved the place and especially the walls! If we ever need an event venue, we will absolutely book this place again!

About Warehouse Wedding

A warehouse wedding is a highly beloved style of wedding that is growing in popularity among modern brides and grooms. This type of celebration has a unique charm and an industrial feel that generates an ideal setting for couples who want to stand out. The rustic and edgy décor presents a cool yet elegant atmosphere, and the large space allows for plenty of room for guests to move around and socialize in comfort. With its versatility, lovebirds can customize their warehouse wedding with everything they need to make it truly special.

Hosts/planners appreciate such weddings' open-concept layouts, allowing them to design different spaces within one area. Whether searching for a dance floor or separate seating arrangements, they can do so without worrying about overcrowding or feeling suffocated by tight spaces in traditional venues.

The homely, bare-bones aesthetic of the locations allows couples to personalize the vibe to fit their vision without working around certain structural constraints. In addition, warehouses tend to have high ceilings, allowing inventive lighting designs and embellishments that could never work in other venues.

The Best Warehouse Wedding Venues

Tired of the same old wedding venues? Want to shake things up and really wow your guests? These memorable events take place in large, open spaces, often with exposed brick walls and plenty of industrial charm. With so much capacity to work with, you'll surely give your guests a magical adventure they will remember.

  • Rustic Industrial Warehouse
This is a perfect venue for a warehouse wedding. So, the exposed brick walls and high ceilings give off a cool vibe, while the vintage details make it feel like you stepped back in time. Duos may also use natural lighting and open space to create an intimate yet awe-inspiring vibe.

  • Historic Building
An old, historic building has plenty of allure and style, making it supreme for a warehouse wedding. Many of these locations have distinctive architectural details, such as stained glass windows, vaulted ceilings, and grand staircases, which can be used to host receptions or even wedding photos. Consider adding modern touches to capitalize on the old-world vibes without compromising its unique character.

  • Factory Space
For couples looking for a more modern edge, a factory space is the way to go. These spots usually provide ample space to spruce up your décor and furniture. Depending on the size of your party, you can rent out multiple floors or sections within the building to accommodate everyone comfortably.

  • Art Gallery/Museum
An art gallery or museum makes an excellent choice for those wanting to turn their wedding into a work of art. The high canopies have amazing acoustics for live music performances, while contemporary artwork displays can act as conversation starters during cocktail hours. Well, no matter what type of setting you’re going for — these spaces always exude sophistication and elegance — making them perfect for formal parties or events!
