About the Space
We are a professional lighting company with experience on-set in film and television. Our warehouse boasts 38,000 sq. ft. and is outfitted with hundreds of lighting equipment utilized for events as well as film and television productions. Our building is located in an industrial area surrounded by other warehouses and businesses. There is free parking on-site (8 spaces in front of building; more spaces in the back). The areas available include: * Dock door area which is typically clear of equipment and is a large, open area in front of 4 dock doors. *Multiple aisles containing lighting equipment on the shelves. *Quality Control area with testing equipment and tools. *Employee restrooms and Locker area. *Aisle showcasing our multiple motion picture vehicles ranging from years 1923-2022 This is a functioning business with hours Monday- Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
