This dynamic outdoor space offers several distinct shooting zones: a flagstone patio featuring a built-in brick BBQ/bar and separate dining area, a lush garden space shaded by mature trees (including a citrus tree), and a gravel/sand area housing a private hot tub and dedicated lounge chairs. Defined by clean white walls, natural wood fencing, and dense, mature landscaping, the backyard provides a beautiful, secluded, and distinctly California aesthetic, ideal for everything from interviews and lifestyle shoots to intimate gathering scenes. Please note: Access is for the exterior backyard only; no interior access or onsite bathroom facilities are provided
