Water, yes, electricity not right now. But depending on your booking date in the future, it might be that we are getting ready to put in solar power with a huge battery backup. We also have commercial generators. Is there any structures? Yes. We have four luxury style full-size bathrooms on the property with showers. We also have gazebos and tents available. Guests may amplify music by connecting a personal device to speakers within the space Any loud music or noise must end by 10:00 PM * All social events at residential spaces must start prior to 9:00 pm and end no later than 12:00 am (local time), inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Yes, hours may be adjusted upon request Event related rules and restrictions Open flames are allowed Pets are allowed Smoking is allowed Ticketed events are allowed * Residential Spaces are not allowed to hold ticketed events.
