Huge Warehouse/Office for Filming Action/Drama/Thriller! The perfect film location for your gangster, drama, action, thriller movie or tv show. High ceilings, tons of space to film (25,000 square feet), very quiet. For production, liability insurance for 2-3 Million Dollars is mandatory. We will require you to ‘additionally insure’ the home owners. If you are providing liquor, we will also need liquor liability under your insurance policy.
