    We had a great experience filming at this location. Sherman was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our shoot. The space offered plenty of room and options for our crew to work efficiently and get everything we needed. Highly recommend, and we’re looking forward to booking again.

    We used this beautiful & historic home as a location to film a sit down interview for a documentary series. The owner was both welcoming and accommodating, giving us several rooms to choose from & permitting us to move furniture & decor where required. Some minor traffic noise from the road outside during the busy part of the day but nothing too bad. Parking available on the driveway and ample space on the street outside (free). Would not hesitate to recommend!
