11-acre property with oak tree forest, sunflower fields, and small house. Large oak grove is steps from the house and a perfect setting for fantasy settings for photoshoots or films. Several walking paths have been carved out through the trees. After heavy rain there is a natural stream which runs through the oak grove. Small house has old-fashioned wood-burning stove and some 19th-century antique furniture. The property has been featured in several fashion editorials in San Diego magazines and award winning films.
