About the Space
A rare find, our 100+ year old Craftsman style home exudes charm. There are three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a recently remodeled kitchen. The lovely large front porch opens to the living room and dining room with original woodwork around windows and bookshelves. The hardwood floors have been beautifully maintained throughout the years. The working fireplace, surrounded by bricks, adds warmth. The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and therefore have a more modern look. The third bedroom/office is in the back of the home, in what used to be a sun porch and it is filled with sunlight. Our home would be the ideal setting for a commercial, filming a movie or video.
