Boutique Black Box Theatre and Art Space Nice guy and a good sound stage. Wish there was more parking but other than that he gave us a great deal!

Boutique Black Box Theatre and Art Space Andrey was very helpful and worked with our needs. The stage has great lighting pre-set and the space is versatile. We were filming in the location and were able to get the feel we wanted from the concessions room and black box theatre.

Boutique Black Box Theatre and Art Space Andrey was a really great host! I was really fortunate to be able to use this space and it was perfect for our project. We would love to film here again in the future. Perfect for all kinds of projects!
