I used this space to have a holiday dinner party for 8 of my friends. The space was perfect for this type of event. From start to finish Lex Z. handled every detail seamlessly and professionally. We had a few brief discussions to review my expectations for the space and for the evening - he exceeded each one of them. Without any hand-holding, he was able to take my vision and make it come to life! Already considering future events at this location.

This incredible penthouse was absolutely perfect and Lex was great! He was beyond helpful and accommodating to our needs. We used this space to host a private birthday dinner and everything worked out beautifully. I definitely recommend this penthouse for anyone looking for a unique space with a great view.
