Event Designing Services & Rental Services (additional tables, chairs, decor, etc…)
Set-up & Clean-up are included within the hours rented (no overnight)
Nitty Gritty
Refundable Security Deposit of 50% required (via Giggster booking contract).
Parking: Driveway can fit 2 cars (or 1 crew-truck), additional street parking available
Clean-up: Trash & Recycle will be provided. We kindly ask that all food/drink is cleared out before the event ends. Trash needs to be tied up and left inside aluminum bins.
Alcohol: Consumption may only be done in the backyard of the property. No drinking outside in the front yard.
All events must end by 10:30pm. This includes clean-up and break-down.
