What a great experience renting this character home for my first short film. This cute, charming Rancher became the perfect location for my story and added so much to it. What that said, the host, Katie B was fantastic. Kind, generous, friendly are just a few words that I can use to describe her, but won't even come close to how much I appreciate her cooperation with myself and the cast and crew. We all love her energy. If I could give the house and Katie more than 5 stars I would.
