About the Space
Zen Space is a stunning, 12,000 sf daylight loft ideal for all types of film & photography shoots. We have a massive column-free shooting area with high ceilings and daylight streaming through 18 windows. Separate, flexible rooms for clients, hair & make-up, wardrobe, etc. Space includes modern kitchen set, furniture, Italian espresso machine and hi-speed WiFi. There's even a 40,000 sf furniture & prop rental facility on site. Plenty of free parking and no permit needed. Easy-going owner familiar with the needs of production. Please note that our rates vary depending on the size & scope of each shoot. Please inquire with details about your project. This space needs to be seen to be believed! 20 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel. *Please note as of June 2024 most of the furniture and props have been removed from the space so it's currently more like a blank canvas

The Zen space was Amazing. Glen was the best host and quick to respond! The space was incredibly clean. There was a piano we used as a prop for our video along with a number of other cool props and furniture, i would highly recommend!! The space also looks as beautiful at night! :)

Such a great space and ambiance. Owner was splendid, kind and very accommodating. We highly recommend! Also, the space is extremely large, clean waiting room, dressing room, water and refreshments are also available.
