Centrally located in Downtown Vancouver, this heritage building offers a versatile collaborative space for both creatives and business professionals. Offering multiple large, unique rooms, our Studios is an ideal space for rehearsals, film shoots, castings and screenings, business presentations, performances, independent classes and more. The Seymour White Room offers a long, brightly lit meeting space with projector, Mac computer, and audio equipment at the front, and a large window at the rear. With capacity of up to 20, the space is ideal for lectures, focus groups, presentations, as well as filming. The white, textured wood paneled walls and white ceiling create a clean, but humble environment, making this a suitable a setting for extended interview shoots. The Seymour building is the full time home of an independent film school, where creatives flow in and out daily. Our collaborative spaces are equipped with everything needed to suit your presentation and screening functions. We provide a Mac computer, projector, ample seating, and desk space to make brainstorming and high output creative sessions a breeze to get through. Our studio space features high ceilings, two tall windows outfitted with beautiful curtains, a large green screen, and phenomenal sound proofing. Need extra gear for your shoot?
