Share The location is 90 acres in the Texas Hill Country. It's approx. 30 miles north of San Antonio and 70 miles southwest of Austin, with the original German towns of Boerne and New Braunfels within approx. 21 miles.
Please note that photos were taken in the winter. With rain, everything is much greener!
The home includes the original home from the 1850s with a 1938 addition, a 1960s addition and a 1978 expansion. Although it's now part of a fast-growing area, it's secluded, quiet and on a private road. No permits required, all private property.
There are old dry-stacked rock walls on the lower part of the property, 200-year+ live oaks, pecans, and rolling pasture.
