Our Property is currently a 70's - 90's looking Home and Ranch. We are sitting on 3.3 Acres and are comfortable with may style shoots. We have a 4 Bedroom House with a two car garage approx. 5,000 sq. ft. A separate empty garage in the back 1,200 sq.ft. Half of the property is covered with Palm trees. We have two openings into the property. The front Entrance and Side Entrance that may accommodate approximately 35 Cars. Art friendly. The property is open to use 3 of the 4 rooms as Green Rooms. Perfect for: - Film Shoots - Music Videos - Photo Shoots - Movie Shoots - Commercial Shoots - Filmed Interviews - Fitness Videos - Documentaries - Promo Videos - Other creative production projects EQUIPMENT RENTAL If professional camera equipment and/or Lenses needed for RENT. We will offer at a 30% - 40% off discount from the local Miami, FL market rate. GOLF CART RENTAL $225 for 12 Hours PROPERTY RULES: If any furniture must be moved it is the renters responsibility to put everything back how it was when they arrived. After filming Renter is responsible for cleaning and all garbage pick up and trash disposal. Anything that is out of the written scope of work must be approved via message.
