A super relaxed, cozy music & content studio with three rooms. Room 1 = Live Performance Space Room 2 = Studio Room / Acoustic Performance Set Room 3 = Podcast Room Studio fully equipped with professional mics, instruments, cameras & lights. It also has central air & heat, an elevator to the floor & high speed wifi. Activities that work well: - Live band rehearsals - Music production / recording - Content creation of all forms - Podcasting We also have in house audio engineers, photographers & videographers. Please message us if you need extra services from us! Rules: - No smoking inside (allowed outside building or on rooftop) - No loud music before 6:30pm because of neighboring businesses - No illicit drugs
