This listing offers a stunning 1,800 ft² film, video, and photo studio production space that can be expanded up to 2,300 ft² with a connected VIP/Dress/Makeup area as an option. The studio features an 600 ft² White CYC wall that is 30 feet wide, 20 feet deep, and 12 feet high. It has pre-lit main 2700-6500 color range lights and is flat matte white, which can be transformed into any color with 8 Quasar Science Rainbow 2 light add-ons. Our studio comes equipped with free main lights, desks, power strips, and many other amenities to enhance your production experience.
The studio also includes free parking, a large 10' wide x 16' foot tall garage door for easy load-in and load-out, a kitchenette, bathroom, and shower. We can accommodate productions of all sizes.
We also offer gigabit fast internet and the ability to broadcast live from the space. Although the studio is not 100% soundproof, it is well-insulated.
We also have a connected VIP area/Production area that can be added on as an option. Our location on the border of Tempe, Chandler provides free parking for 20+ cars in our lot and additional free street parking around the corner.
