We are open for bookings! Event Venue, Full service Film Production stage in the center of LA. Located on the edge of Koreatown, convenient to all freeways, we are an adaptive use space housed in 100 year-old brick warehouses with tons of character and history. We have three adjacent warehouse spaces that all connect. When renting from us you have the option of booking one space or all. Whether shooting film, music videos, photo shoots, dance videos or interviews, or booking events including private parties, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, concerts, pop-up dinners, record release, film screenings, brand activations, fashion shows or pop-up retail, we’ve got you covered. You can design the rooms to fit your needs. There is ample room to set up catering, bar services, green room, wardrobe/makeup or media center. Combining all stages is perfect for shoots or events that need unlimited space. Our warehouses are completely light and sound isolated. We can handle any size film production and events within occupancy guidelines. All are welcomed, whether big or small! Included in the rental is power, WIFI, lighting, A/C, five fully stocked bathrooms, as well as a limited supply of production tables and chairs. Let us help you make it happen! We promise to make your booking a productive, hassle-free success! HOURS Half Day: 8am - 3pm or 5pm - 12pm Full Day: 12 hours Location opens at 8:00 am and closes at midnight. You are allowed 30 minutes before or after booking for setup/load out CAPACITY 100 guests per warehouse 300 max total for all spaces RATES (Events or Film Production) Monday-Thursday Half Day Rate: $1200 (per warehouse) Full Day Rate: $1500 (per warehouse) Overtime Hours: $200/hour (per warehouse) Friday - Sunday Half Day Rate: $1500 (per warehouse) Full Day Rate: $1800 (per warehouse) Overtime Hours: $225/hour (per warehouse) CLEANING FEE $150 under 100 guests $250 over 100 guests with food $250 overnight storage fee DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $500 (refundable) SITE REP/SECURITY We require you to book our site rep for events to open and close the space. The representative will be welcoming your guests. They will monitor the entrance and deal with any issues. This is a separate cost on top of the rental fee and it is mandatory. We also require you to hire our security depending upon occupancy. All events require our site rep to be onsite at all times. Rates: $26/hour Site Reps $40/hour first security / $35/hour additional security 1 Site Rep for 50 guests 1 Site Rep and 1 Security for 50-100 guests 1 Site Rep and 2 Security for 101-150 guests 2 Site Reps and 3 Security for 156-200 guests 2 Site Reps and 4 Security for 201-300 guests PARKING Neighborhood free parking Meters expire at 6pm Nearby lots you can rent Valet available at cost CANCELLATION POLICY Cancel within 48 hours of booking: Full Refund Cancel with more than 14 days of booking: 50% kill fee or credit given toward future booking Cancel less than 14 days of booking: 50% kill fee, no credit given toward future booking
