About the Space

We are a couple that loves spending time in the outdoors. We moved into this charming, little bungalow that gives us the comfortable feeling of home after a day outside. The house is a cozy 648 sq.ft, on a large corner lot with a fully fenced yard. The front yard is a grassy yard with 2 mature trees. Off the back of the house is a stone patio and a yard that is dirt and gravel with a firepit, storage shed and space for RV parking through the double gates in the back. We do not have designated parking spots, however there is ample street parking available. Just 2 blocks away from the Sparks Public Library. It is also a quick 10 minute walk through the quaint suburban neighborhood to Victorian Square, the location of the famous Golden Nugget, the historical railroad yard with its huge roundhouse, and a variety of saloons and restaurants and a cinema. Victorian Square is also known for hosting various public events such as The Best in the West Nugget Rib Cookoff and Hot August Nights. A 10 minute drive will lead to the Sparks Marina, a 77 acre lake, with beach volleyball courts, a 2-mile track around the lake, and playparks and grassy areas with serene views. There are also picnic areas, a dog park, a fishing pier, and canopies available here. The Outlets at Legends is right next to the Sparks Marina and has numerous stores and restaurants and an IMAX cinema.
