Our 2,200 sqft retail front is divided as follows: main gallery space (ground floor) + mezzanine (1st floor) + large private terrace/roof deck (1st floor) + 1 bathroom (ground floor) + small kitchenette for eventual sink access (kitchen can be rented for additional fee if used for cooking).

*Food: finger food allowed inside or full catering. Dont hesitate to ask us for catering options or equipment rental companies! We do not provide any cooking ware or dish ware and do not have a full kitchen.
LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT
Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups for DAY OF event. An additional fee may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking.
*Both entrance & roof deck doors must be closed at all times during your event. If event goes past 10:30pm, security or door person is required to ensure these rules are respected.
*Smoking only allowed on our roof deck , please use the ashtrays!
*Simple decorations like balloons, backdrops, light artwork are allowed. Please inquire ahead for decorations requiring nails, staples etc. Absolutely no confettis allowed on the premisses or extra cleaning charge of $300 will apply.
*No loud music past 11pm - 80db max. This still feels very punchy & loud while still being respectful to our neighbors.
*Floor must be protected from dirt and damages when bringing in equipment; if heavy equipment is hauled in, ram-board or similar must be brought and used
*If the event is open to the public, guests are responsible for controlling the access to the space in regard to the covid-related restrictions at the time of the event.
SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES
Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x
