About the Space

This backyard has a relaxed, tropical feel with open grassy areas, fruit trees, garden beds, and winding pathways that run through the space. There’s a mix of shade and open light, making it easy for productions to set up in different parts of the yard. The plants and the natural wood fencing all add character without being overly styled. A dedicated fire pit area is also available for rent, set on a paved section with built-in bench seating around it. It works well for shoots or small gatherings that want a more rustic spot. The yard includes a hammock corner, outdoor seating areas, and plenty of room to move equipment. It’s private, quiet, and has several usable pockets that give you variety in one location. Available for production and event use for up to 30 people.
