Caitlin and Doug are absolute GEMS! This location is stunning, and Caitlin's interior design of each space in the home is just so beautifully curated. My team and I filmed a commercial here and it could not have been a better place, with so many different areas to dress and light, with not a lot of art direction needed. Secluded in the Connecticut countryside, you have zero noise to worry about while filming. I highly recommend this location to filmmakers and producers alike. This was a fantastic space for our production and would gladly return for future shoots. The homeowner is very accommodating and understanding of production needs. They were very friendly and willing to help in whatever needs or questions we had. The location has plenty of parking and accessibility for a larger production or film set. There are 360 degree views of the surrounding area and farmland. I would recommend this location for any sized shoot. We will definitely keep this place on our short list of locations to return to.

An absolutely stunning, estate-like home with 18 acres of open space in Fairfield County, CT set atop a hill with full 270 degree views for miles. The interior of the home was fully remodeled during the summer of 2020 and has an open, airy and curated sensibility. The home was intentionally built to appear as a 1920’s manor and now that remodeling is complete the interior of the home matches the grandeur of the exterior. There is 2,000+ square feet of patio space that leads to the rear lawn with some of the most breathtaking views in Fairfield county.
