Our venue spaces are a top destination for: celebrity parties, art pop up shows, solo art exhibitions, photoshoots, film productions, corporate events, book signings, vendor tradeshows, engagements, and special wedding ceremonies. Conveniently located in the art design district of Dallas. We appreciate your interest and look forward to working with you to host your next extraordinary event. This listing is for Room 1 30ft x 19ft white walls with white molding, cement floors, track lighting throughout can be used for events, art pop up shows, movie scene's, photoshoots etc. We partner with preferred event coordinators and planners, as well as professional photographers, videographers, sounds and lighting, Dj's, stage assembly, security, premium transportation, chefs, caterers, licensed bartenders and servers. Our Event spaces includes the following: Parking we have 5 private spots, as well as a loading dock driveway for trucks that fit 4 additional cars (these spots are reserved for the guest who books the event, and their event planner and or vendors. Street parking is free, and no permit is required, Friday evening through Sunday evening approximately 100 cars can fit on the street. We encourage those who will be drinking to please Uber or Lyft. Reception area 300 sqft attached to main entrance. Room 1 30ft x 19ft white walls with white molding, cement floors, track lighting throughout can be used for events, art pop up shows, movie scene's, photoshoots etc. Room 2 30ft x 30ft this area is designed like an art gallery by world Renowned International Artist Duda Penteado which features cement floors, white, black, and grey walls, track lighting, and overhead lights throughout. Private office / room 1 - 9ft x 6ft not furnished but need can be discussed depending on usage. Private office / room 2 - 9ft x 6ft not furnished but need can be discussed depending on usage. Meeting room 125sqft with table and 4 chairs – 55in led tv for presentations – HDMI cables available. Space can be used for anything, walls painted white track lightening throughout. Facility has 3 bathrooms two of which have showers aka get ready rooms and 1 just toilet and sink. Common space includes lunch area, with sink, fridge, Keurig coffer maker, microwave, silverware, plate, bowls, glasses. Central ac / heat throughout our facility. Loading area standard dock height can receive trailers shipments etc. Battery powered pallet jack available for use max weight 2,500 lbs. Shipping table / work area for packing and shipping, slop sink, hand truck, industrial craftsman vacuum cleaner, brooms, and dustpans available, mop and mop bucket. Back exit of building has a deck attached the rear of our building is brick and has an open area for outdoor photoshoots etc. Add On’s usually come with a fee however we will include the following at no additional charge: 6 lifetimes brand Commercial 6ft foldable tables 4 white, 2 black, 40 black metal with cushioned chairs
