Share Includes basic chemicals. No minimum hire. The darkroom is 54 sq m and has 16 enlargers, covering all film formats up to 4"x5".
There are three shooting positions: a small cyclorama (3m wide) suitable for one or two people for full-length portraits; Manfrotto background roll paper (3m); and an area to hang material backdrops, etc.
There is a small hair-and-makeup station and a privacy area for models to change.
The gallery downstairs is a large open space, 20m x7m, which can be converted into a pop-up studio, with all the above equipment.
The space is used as a gallery on Wednesday to Sunday, so is only available as a pop-up studio on Monday or Tuesday.
We also have a large old-school darkroom, which can be hired for photography or film shoots if desired. Apart from the usual darkroom safelights and white lights, we have some red fluro lights that are bright enough to film under and give the illusion of working in a darkroom (though they are not "safelights").
