About the Space

80sqm attic loft - one single space with tons of exposed beams, a brick fireplace and south-facing terrace (a large balcony, really...) 4000 books on art, architecture, travel and history line the walls floor to ceiling. The furniture is wooden and shabby chic. It feels like you're entering the world of an individual who is universally interested and extremely well-traveled - that's because I actually live here. For Germans, think Karlsson vom Dach-turned art history prof.
