This newly-built beach house is equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home while enjoying the peace and tranquility only nature can provide. Scenic coastal landscaping, forest, and community amenities frame this lovely 2-story home. The beautifully decorated spaces, and thoughtfully appointed rooms will make you want to move in. Comfortable furnishings, outdoor deck seating, and gas fireplace add to the cozy feel.
In the fully-equipped kitchen, prepare delicious meals and sit down with an ocean view at the wood dining table that seats 6 plus 4 at bar seating. Enjoy the entertainment system, Smart TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi to entertain and stay connected while on retreat.

The Black Pearl is a family friendly beach home, with lots of baby and kid friendly amenities. These include a pack-n-play, twin kids room, high chair, a small supply of books, toys, and sand toys, as well as kid's dishware. We're sorry, but The Black Pearl does not allow pets.
