The Bitchin' Beach House is a very colorful, vibrant, Caribbean style beach bungalow in the South Orange County Beach town of Dana Point, California. Perfect for film, TV or photo shoots that need a vibrant, beachy, boho, island and/or surfer flair. The BBH has an island feel that would be great for projects set in Southern California, the Caribbean or Hawaii! A mile from gorgeous Strands Beach and a mile from the Dana Point Harbor. (Dana Point is located right off the 5 freeway, halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego). Filled with one-of-a-kind stained glass (including beautifully carved stained glass bedroom doors). Dual master bedrooms - one we call the "Captain's Room" featuring a queen bed, hanging chair hammock and a clawfoot bathtub perched on a pedestal and the other "The Bamboo Room" has furniture taken straight from a villa in Mexico with a spacious walk-in closet and double bed handmade from bamboo. 800 sq ft wraparound cobblestone porch overlooks our beautiful peaceful street and expands our bungalow into an outdoor environment, with its dining table for 12 made from 100+ yr old barn wood. Close our outdoor curtains for even more privacy as you lounge on the hanging bed and take in the scent of the fresh flowers along the perimeter of the veranda. Ahhh... Vibrant kitchen, living room and bathroom. "Jungle Area" with vines and trees behind the house on the property. Beautiful Tree in the Front yard which shades the house. Interesting art & décor throughout the house.
