Zen studio is lovely as a photo shoot to stage with with cushions, candles, music, tapestries. Can also be used as an office while filming in garden. There is no toilet -main house bathroom may be used per approval of homeowner who will be there. There is electricity and water. Studio can be used as a meeting space, an artists space, a therapy space, a writer's space, a meditation space. A small intimate group setting.
