An amazing view of the city which is perfect for films, photoshoots, lavish dinners, cocktail parties, baby showers, lectures, seminars, holistic retreats, birthdays, weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Masquerade Parties, charity events, pop-up store, product launch and other private events and gatherings. The house has two full floors with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a big open chef kitchen as well as big living areas with tons of natural light. The property backyard has a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and bbq. In addition, we also have a rooftop with amazing city views that has another bbq, patio heaters, speakers, sofa and bar, with views from the Santa Monica beach to Downtown LA. We also have a Sonos system throughout the house allowing you to play music of your choice along with a cozy fireplace and lighting that can be dimmed according to your needs. The tv's in the house are equipped with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Rental prices depend on the type of event/rental purpose, capacity, dates, hours and etc. In addition, we also provide security, valet/shuttle service, an on-site manager and professional cleaning. Please note Weekends and Holidays are subject to a price change depending on availability. All rental terms are negotiable based on the rental and event purpose. *Bookings require a brief conversation with the owner prior to bookings
