About the Space
A 1940s brick townhouse newly renovated with modern finishes and recreated historic elements that reflect the original design like arched openings and steel casement windows. The first floor features an open kitchen with island, living room and dining with banquette. There is also a small sun porch off the kitchen. The upstairs has one large bath with Moroccan zelliege tile and original arch over the tub/shower, two bedrooms and a small office. The basement is clean and white with a small full bathroom and a concrete block garage. There is a front porch with translucent awning and a Japanese maple tree and small garden in the front. There is a large magnolia tree with gorgeous blooms in the paver-covered backyard. The street is a classic Syacamore tree-lined residential street with a private park at end of street.
