Welcome to our thoughtfully designed modern loft in the heart of DTLA! with over 1500 sq ft available to use (including a private outdoor patio), soaring 20ft ceilings, indoor and outdoor dining, polished concrete floors, and lots of beautiful plants, this space is a unique and inviting urban oasis. Please take the time to read over the description and rules of the space before sending your inquiry. I am happy to answer any question you may have, preferably new questions though that I haven’t thought of before! RULES All activities and people must remain inside of our unit. The common areas of the building (lobby, stairwells, hallways, etc.) are off limits and may not be used for any activities including, but not limited to filming, photographing, staging, storing equipment, or congregating. You may not place any signage or flyers anywhere outside of our unit (building exterior, elevator or other common areas). Typically, one of us will remain on-site during rentals to assist you with anything that may arise, but we will do our best to stay out of your way at all times. ADDITIONAL RATES A cleaning fee is added to all bookings to provide professional cleaners in order to ensure health and safety of all guests. Also, depending on the day, time, and type of use, additional rates may apply see details below; Weekend Day Rate (Sat and Sun) +$10/hr Evening Rate (Mon -Sun, 7pm - 12am) +$20/hr Event +$10/hr Overtime rate 1.5x LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups for DAY OF event. An additional fee may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. Load in and out must have zero impact on our neighbors and surrounding businesses. Equipment must be brought directly to our unit, with no staging in the common areas and quiet voices must be used during that process. By rental end time, the location should be as it was when you arrived. This means basic cleaning, Putting all trash in the bins, and returning moved items back to their original location. We will take care of the rest. SETUP AND BREAKDOWN TIMES Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x. If you’re interested in multi-day, note that an additional fee may be charged for overnight displacement. NOISE We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Also, please refrain from leaving the front or patio doors standing open for the sake of privacy, to minimize noise, and conserve energy(heating or cooling). FURNITURE Changes or movement of décor and furniture arrangements must be approved with us in advance, either or preferably prior to your rental date to avoid damage to fragile pieces. Jump on or excessively burdening furniture in anyway is prohibited. Cabinets, drawers, etc., and the contents contain personal property and are strictly off limits. No painting of the walls or drilling holes are allowed. If you would like to hang artwork, use command strips or similar products that can be easily removed afterwards. We highly recommend coordinating with us ahead of time.
