We built a state of the art photography & film production facility. If you are a photographer or videographer looking for a studio to shoot your next fashion spread, music video, documentary, feature film, short film, headshots, product photography, tv or web commercial please check us out. We get people from all over the US who need to shoot local to produce great footage. Our studio will impress your biggest client! 1500 sq. ft. Production Studio Space measured at 25x24x14 for photo studio or video production needs. Large WHITE cyclorama (infinity wall) with lots of space to accommodate different sets as well as 20' Rosco Chroma Key Green on adjacent wall. This is $125/hr 7 days a week "3 hour minimum." ** Overtime is $175/hr. (Between 6pm-8am) Everything else is the same rules. Overtime Hourly Pricing will be applicable. It comes with a set of (2) basic non brand LED floor lights, (1) fluorescent light in soft box, stingers, apple box, C-Stands (Included) Hair & Makeup Room, (1) bathroom, chairs, 10' x 10' roll up door. and lighting grid. We also have FREE WiFi Quiet Mini Split HVAC and lots of free parking (up to 3 cars in front) in our own parking spaces, plus lots of free parking at the back and front of complex. *Sound - For productions looking for a quiet space for interviews, Saturday and Sunday are the only 2 days where no one is around and the sound is great. During the week it can be hit or miss as other business are open. We always let any booking know this before hand and always recommend a lav setup and boom for safety. We have productions going on all the time and don't have issues with that setup. - - - - - *** There are also optional Additional Rental charges in relation to additional Higher End Lighting, Video Equipment, Sound Equipment, jib and dolly, and Production staff as needed, just ask! *** Requests to paint the cycle any color is available for a fee as well!
