We are located in the Arts District downtown and can be used for photography, film, commercials, production and events. This booking is an individual room inside a building that houses multiple studio rooms. Entire building can be booked or rooms can be booked individually. Has make up/hair/wardrobe room. Regular studio booking hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm. Bookings outside of our regular hours will be overtime which is 1.5X the hourly rate per hour over. Private Event bookings can be arranged any day of the week. We have a full kitchen, air conditioning, a freight door, lounge area, loading dock and parking as well as restrooms. Please contact us for private event bookings. We have vendors including valet, security, bartenders, catering, food trucks, sound equipment, lighting equipment and DJs.
