With unique amenities like a state of the art barrel sauna, a jacuzzi, and an optional private suite removed from the main house; Stella Maris is an optimal place to play all day and unwind all night. Or you can unwind all day and all night, we don't judge.
This beach house (including the optional add-on suite) accommodates up to 13 guests with its 3BR and 3.5BA floor plan. You'll enjoy 2 separate living areas, the main level living area being central to the kitchen and including a gas fireplace, and the upstairs living area functions beautifully for movie marathons or a daytime nap with it's 3 cozy sofas and removal from the hustle and bustle of the main floor. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances, ample counter space and more than enough storage to host an entire family with ease. The main floor is where is also where you'll find the fist bedroom; a king sized room with a work desk and beautiful natural light. Upstairs you'll find the kids' bunk room as well as the third bedroom which includes an en-suite bathroom. Optionally: there is also a private suite and en-suite bathroom which is detached from the house and located above the garage. This suite is modern and well done, plus has extremely easy access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and grill.
