Beautiful Eagle Rock two-story three-bedroom 1920s Spanish home. Complete with enclosed Meditteranean courtyard with mountain views, pool, spa, outdoor shower, and several seating areas. Recently built yoga studio/dojo in the backyard next to two-car garage and driveway. Great lighting throughout the home. The upper level features two-bedrooms and one tiled bathroom. Lower level offers one bedroom, one guest bathroom, remodeled kitchen and a gorgeous step-down living room highlighted by hardwood floors, a fireplace and an incredible domed ceiling. • Two story 1928 Spanish home nestled high up in the Eagle Rock hills. Views of the valley below from the jacuzzi level of the backyard and mountain behind from the whole house. Full of succulents, grape vines, and freshly pruned palm trees, our Bohemian space would be the perfect backdrop for an outdoor event or Mediterranean / European inspired photoshoot or videoshoot. • The backyard is a courtyard surrounded by stucco wall and fig trees on one side and a quaint recently updated Spanish home with original tiles and sea foam wood shutters on the other. • Our home is in the esteemed Dalia school district and perched atop the intersection of Lolita and Hill Drive with a view of the 1950s Cindy’s Diner. • The entire outdoor area, including grotto, front garden, yoga studio, and cactus covered mountain could be used for booking. We have quite a bit of wrought iron furniture and plants to be displayed at your request.
