We shot an entire podcast season at this Luxury Apartment in May 2023 and WOW is all I can say. From the location, the building staff, the owner of the apartment, the communication, and the accessibility to food options downstairs. This location was wildly worth it. We are able to control the lighting, the sound outside, the unit is up high enough that we were able to remove all noise distractions. There was PLENTY of space and there were many options for rearrangements (furniture pieces) etc. The host was so incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and kind. As a production company, we've rented a lot of spaces and this one by far deserves an above 5 star rating!

This 1,600 square- foot apartment sits on the 27th floor offering a bright and tranquil space with an abundance of flexibility and functionality suitable for a multitude of production uses. the open kitchen, spacious living room , and open concept dining area. This modern space makes it perfect for any project. This space includes a peloton bike that can be added or removed. The kitchen includes high end finishes, marble counter top and sub zero appliances. Perfect for shooting videos for cooking or food photography. The dinning area includes a marble dinning table that seats six people. 12ft ceilings with water front views from every room.

We’ve use the space for several video projects. It’s a great location. Clean, quiet, and looks just like the photos. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with. We’ll be back again.

Cynthia was a fantastic host. She was very professional and easy to communicate with. They were very flexible with our needs and had an absolutely beautiful space. Would definitely recommend to others looking at this space.
