Our spacious clubhouse comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests and offers a flexible layout ideal for productions, meetings, or team events. Conveniently located near Emeryville Public Market, guests can enjoy easy access to a wide variety of nearby eateries. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: -Seating for up to 30 guests -Tables and chairs -Kitchenette with sink, food warmers, and mini refrigerator -WiFi Please note: Booking does not include access to exterior amenities. Glass doors must remain closed at all times. TVs are not available for use. We require event insurance for all productions. Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
