Single and double rooms can be decorated as stark hospital or as more decorative senior living. Nurse station. 3 long Wide hallways, perfect for hosiptal hall scenes. 3 long halls intersect at a nurse station. Central dining, industrial laundry and commercial kitchen. Game and activity room, waiting room. This is occupied by a small number of residents (about 5) and 3 staff. You will need to work around those residents however it is almost entirely available and they love shoots. You cannot shoot the residents without their permission, which will probably be willingly granted. Large outdoor private courtyard, walled in with commercial looking picnic tables. Small hospital looking entrance. Circular driveway, easy ambulance access. Props such as oxygen, wheel chairs, hospital beds and bedside table, monitors ect no extra charge for props can use what we have available.
