The location is a small farm and apple orchard. The house is small but bright with an open plan a wrap around deck and a small shed. Owned by an architect and chef. The farm has two components, a 1700 tree apple orchard, about 3 acres total on a high density planting system (10’ trellis). The orchard has a rustic shed and farm stand. The second farm area is an open fenced 5 acre parcel with annual crops planted. There is a small plastic greenhouse there. There are additional wooded acres. Property is 30 acres total. Vintage 1965 Land Rover, and large and small tractors also available.
