Scott's humble home

A two story brick row house built in 1945. Small and cozy, I call it a hobbit house. You enter from the street up 4-5 steps to the top floor, then there is a garden-level basement which is its own legal 1-bedroom apartment (I use the whole thing as a single family home). Top b main floor gets lots of light during the day, thanks to windows and three skylights (it's the top floor). Main floor is two bedrooms plus an office plus bathroom plus an open plan living/dining/kitchen room. Downstairs is a media room/home theater plus a bedroom and an additional kitchen (not typically in use). Downstairs vibes like a 70s ski lodge with dark wood paneling. Back yard is modest with grass in the middle and an herb garden. Porches in front and back. Across the street from a large hospital. Heart of Brooklyn.
